Honestly nothing too much trouble. Nice beds, an electric kettle, a sofa bed and central heating in the room.

The breakfast certainly should have been included.

Fairly clean hotel with brilliant location in Windermere next to restaurants as well as the center. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good view. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was incredible to satisfy everyone.

It was a fairly nice stay, enchanting place. It was clean, the staff was welcoming, plus the service was friendly. The food in the dining room was fabulous!

Location and stuff where ideal, I appreciated it. The dining room served plenty of meals for breakfast.

Everything was very clean, the wifi was excellent. We enjoyed the dining room, where the full English breakfast was served.

The staff was amiable and helped us find bars and restaurants which were located near. Its location was very central, 200 metres from Bowness Bay.

It was good time in Windermere. The bedrooms were comfortable.

Spotless property, extremely polite staff. Compact and bright rooms with private bathrooms and coffee/tea making equipment and glassware.

Everything was 10/10 and clean, I thoroughly enjoyed cleanliness and staff. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including cheese, cereals and eggs. The venue provided a bar in the reception.

It was a such wonderful experience, I thoroughly enjoyed staff and location.

Staff and location were FAB, the staff were happy to help. Exceptional view, a small balcony, spacious bed, too. It was a unique hotel in an amazing area. I loved that Vinegar Jones was nearby.

They offered continental breakfast, it was nice hot. Functional normal double room. Fab bar and exceptional staff. There was a modern restaurant, shops and the main shopping centre next door. Spotless place and terrific service.

Breakfast was super: yoghourt and omelette were fantastic. An easy check-in and the staff was approaching. Cool drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

Glorious view, everything was exceptional. The room was fashionable and bright, we had an iron, TV and a seating area. The staff were brilliantly friendly & was always available.

Very clean hotel in the centre of Windermere. The venue is placed in a central position. We got king room and loved it. Its great value.

That sometimes the street was noisy.

Fantastic and very clean place to stay in. Gorgeous hotel conveniently located in the city. We truly enjoyed a great meal in the morning.

there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like jackson's bistro, set within 5 minutes walk or so. besides, we parked the car on-site. such a lovely experience.
